  • Sunday, September 29  3:00 p.m.   Songversation for Friends of Music! This event will feature a diverse array of music and songs, from classical to jazz, and from gospel to the Great American Songbook. There is no admission charge –free will donations will be appreciated! Please join us in conversations with the musicians and fellow audience members about what it means to experience outstanding music in a beautiful historic setting, how local concerts enrich our community, and why future concerts deserve community support.
  • Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 7:00pm – Marching Forward: a Classical Commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act (1964).  Pianist David Antony Lofton joins artists from the Philadelphia Academy of Vocal Arts (AVA).  No admission charge – a free will offering will be taken.
  • Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 7:30pm – Making Spirits Bright, a Holiday Pops Concert, featuring Shango-Jamal Lewis (baritone), Laura Hall (soprano), and the Walter Runge Jazz Trio performing winter classics and popular tunes of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. Admission is $20.
  • Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 7:30pm – Bach By Candlelight. The St. Paul’s Chamber Orchestra performs works of Johann Sebastian Bach, including Cantata 82 and Double Concerto for Violin and Oboe in C Minor.  Admission is $25.
  • Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 7:30pm – Praise, Worship, and Thanksgiving:  a Gospel Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., featuring Waverly Alston and Friends, a choral ensemble presenting traditional and contemporary gospel music. This concert is sponsored by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Elkins Park.  No admission charge – a free will offering will be taken.
  • Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 7:30pm – Zydeco a-Go-Go: Mardi Gras Gala. Creole Zydeco and a Cajun 2-Step band combine with New Orleans Rhythm and Blues and Louisiana Rock ‘n Roll to create a gumbo of irresistible dance music. Admission is $25.
